You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream and listen to the content for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When engaging with our services, chat rooms, or creator platforms, you expressly agree not to:

• Attempt to scrape, rip, record, or mass-download audio assets from the platform.
• Broadcast or transmit any abusive, defamatory, obscene, or racially offensive content or messages.
• Deploy automated bots, scripts, or malicious code designed to disrupt our servers or artificially manipulate stream listen counts.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Radio Adda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your inability to access or stream our services, or any system downtime, app crashes, or scheduled technical maintenance updates.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the local laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or disputes arising under these terms shall be settled exclusively in courts located in Mumbai, India.
